Ingredients
3 cups of refined sugar
1 1⁄3 cup of water
8 pieces egg white (large)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vanilla
½ teaspoon cream of tartar (COT)
food color (optional)
edible flowers (optional)
Instructions
- Mix water and sugar. Bring to boil until become syrup and thread like forms (sticky).
- In a large mixing bowl whip the egg whites with cream of tartar (COT).
- Using an electric mixer beat the mixed egg whites and COT.
- Gradually add the boiled syrup until soft peaks form.
- You can divide the mixture and add different color and add some sweets to design.
