I know lots of you love tacos too. It is a traditional Mexican dish pero madalas sa mga kainan na nagooffer din ng liquor drinks dito sa pinas meron tacos sa menu nila even if it is not a Mexican food restaurant. Maybe because of the demand that's why they prefer to put tacos on their menu list. Okay lets check the ingredients and cooking instructions.
1/2 kilo lean ground beef
1 cup del monte tomato sauce
1/2 cup del monte ketchup
taco shells
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp butter
3-4 garlic cloves (chopped tin)
1/2 head lettuce (shredded)
4-5 medium tomato (chopped)
2 onions (chopped)
mayonaise
salt to taste
Instructions
- Saute chopped garlic cloves in butter.
- Add the lean ground beef saute for 5-6minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and ketchup.
- Add the cumin seeds and salt to taste. Let boil for another 10minutes. Set aside.
- Put the other ingredients chopped tomato, shredded lettuce, chopped onions, and shredded cheese in one big plate.
- Ready the taco shell. Put 2 tablespoon of ground mixture (depend on the size of your taco) on top of it put a little of tomato, lettuce, onions and cheese and on top of those put some mayonaise.
- Serve and Enjoy!
